The core activities of RENSZ Construction Services Ltd has extended significantly over the years since its foundation, in 2006. We accumulated extensive technical and engineering knowledge over the last two decades, based on this we support our customers on the below areas with our services featuring high quality, sophisticated technical content and optimised solutions:
- selling self-developed flats and buildings,
- general construction,
- professional construction activities,
- production line implementation, relocation,
- facility management, annual (industrial) full-scope cleanings,
- concrete elements, paving stone production
- specialised metal structure production.
Our strategic goals
Our company aims for a balanced and sustainable growth track, it is part of our startegy to make a lot of strides. We incorporate the knowledge earned in the different segments and consciously transplant them into other areas, gradually striving for creating a balanced and stable partner and portfolio and its deliberate development.
Incorporating the knowledge earned in our construction project business line (general contracting, professional construction duties) we decided to open up for facility management and product line implementation areas, offsetting the cyclicality of the construction industry, making another step forward towards the sustainable business model.
As a result of our deliberate, organic building approach, our volume and operating revenue improved continuously, it trippled in the last 5 years (5-yr CAGR: 32.2%):
In line with the forecasted growth of our volume, we expand our capacities as well. We fuel our growth only using our own resources, continuously reinvesting most of our profits, aiming for continuously improving liquidity goals, without using 3rd party loans.
