We pay special attention to the communication, informing our customers. Besides doing our job, it is of key importance to inform our partners in time and regularly about the progress of the tasks, services, the potential risks and alternative mitigating actions during a project or an operation.

Our enterprise focused on building our own developed family houses in the early years, this activity was gradually extended over the years using the knowledge accumulated. Nowadays our finished projects include residential buildings, offices, retail, healthcare buildings, industrial and logistics halls, warehouses as well. We support our partners not only during the construction but also during the maintenance period of the buildings, the machinery and the equipments with our maintenance and repair services.

Our long-term relationships very often start with a smaller job or a small repair and evolves over time into newer and much more complex engagements. We consider our customers requests and expectations to a high extent and fulfill our job and projects respecting them.

As a result our active partners include some reputable companies, well-known on the local and international markets (eg. Dunapack, MacDermid) where we need to stay updated in line with the regularly changing local or international standards , hence our experts develop an up-to-date, active knowledge covering the newest technolgies and their implemenation.
