RENSZ Construction Services Ltd focused on building our self-developed family houses in the early years, using our knowledge gained and hiring collegaues with experience in numerous fields we extended our scope of activities covering other sectors as well.

Nowadays our finished projects include residential buildings, offices, retail, healthcare buildings, industrial and logistics halls, warehouses as well.

As part of our general construction assingments, based on the permission and execution plans our company’s employees and subcontractors perform the civil engineering, structure construction, shell & core and fit-out works of the building and prepare the documentation required for usage permit and certificates (eg. BREEAM, LEED, WELL).

In the last 5 years we have built more than 80,000 sqm, handed over more than 30 general constructor projects within the agreed time frame, in good quality, meeting budgetary targets.
