Production line implementation, relolcatio

Beyond constructing industrial and logistical halls, factories, we also take care of the implementation of machinery, production lines, material handling systems, units as well. In the last 5 years we had 17 production line implementation projects including such assingments when we had to relocate complete factories to new locations.

During the course of these projects, we clarify the customers’ expectations and technical content in several rounds. Following the deep analysis of the implementation, executional plans, the energy consumption, the fastening and the operational environment of the machines (temperature, ventillation, exhause) to be implemented, we summarise the technical content, the methods useds and the schedule of the project where we document the base infrastructure required for the implemention of the machines, the utility access points, the steps covering the transportation, lifting, moving to the site, assembly, implementation, programming and decomissioning in details.

Our company’s flexible and scalable capacity enables us to fulfill our customers requests when it comes to smaller assingments (eg. an implementation of a single robot, a robot arm or a material handling track) up to more complex, large scale projects.

The above listed the full scope factory implementations, our further projects were focusing on implementing new production lines, material handling tracks or other manufacturing equipments on top of the exisiting units of the factories.

We also executed for DUNAPACK the full scope disassembling of the factory site in Dunaharaszti and relocation to a new factory site.
